Oh my gosh there’s so much I can say…In short Yoga is included everywhere here, it’s not limited to this class or that one. It is a view, a lifestyle + intimately informs all that I do + offer.

I teach weekly classes that are available in studio or virtually on Zoom. I offer private sessions, small group + specialty options. I am fascinated by fascia, networks + systems relationships in the body and the understanding of their intrinsic union with mind. Practices may be dedicated to a particular theme, orientation, or body consideration, infused with taoist philosophy, western & eastern wisdom from varied traditions, these classes + sessions are more contemplative + will always aim to bring awareness to the subtle; encouraging Self knowing wisdom.

All my offerings are deeply tethered to a continuous frame of curiosity in body/mind, openness at the heart of living, presence + stability with what is, as well as inquiry in confusion + challenge. There are many programs beyond weekly asana classes that include the richness of this vast wealth of practical + cosmic possibility that yoga brings to the fore.

class schedule, sessions & programming

  • These classes are designed to develop/maintain pliancy in muscles & joints, to increase strength & vitality in the many systems of the body, as well as to cultivate a sensitivity & deep connection to the energy body ultimately moving toward an ease of being. Depending on the moment + the group gathered classes may include Yin elements to stimulate balancing thru long held floor postures and Yang elements in a slow flowing alignment-based movement practice. This is a strong, quiet practice, growing our resonance with all that is.

  • Private Sessions are individualized + dedicated to one in a private setting.

    Available via zoOm in your own home space OR in person at the Crow’s Nest in Hope Valley RI. Length + frequency varies by need from 30-60-75-90 minutes + weekly-bi*monthly-monthly-on*demand

    I always offer a sliding scale range…Let’s talk.

    Semi-Private Sessions cater to groups of 2-3-4 individuals that want to engage together with guidance + have attention dedicated to their needs/desires. Think celebrations, shared self care.

  • personalized + group support sessions. Plenty of time for shared practice, reflections + questions dedicated to the individual + group gathered. I draw from a wealth of practice + study from yoga to buddhism and offer these sessions to encourage folx to find a path of practice that resonates most fully with them. The wisdom of my root teacher informs my ongoing personal practice + influences how I bring traditions into the mix for my students. Set up time to care for yourself + train up your capacities for meeting chaos + grounding no matter the environment.

  • Exploring the Heart of Compassion: The Brahma Viharas, Lojong, Tonglen + the Paramitas Practices to Unwind from the hard shell of protection life suggests and Deepen into a way that invites the openness of heart to divine our way through.
